BEAVERTON- The staff at the Washington County Elections Office has been busy preparing for Tuesday’s primary. Oregon Politico was granted a tour of the facility to explain the process used when counting ballots.
The Elections Office staff mentioned that the returns so far have been very slow but Secretary of State Kate Brown is predicting at voter turnout of about 35-40%.
